Who we are
Open Educational Vibes (OEV), a youth organisation registered in Nis, Serbia. Contact for data questions: marketing@oev.rs.
What we collect
When you use the contact form: your name, email address and the content of your message. We use these only to reply to you.
When you sign up to the newsletter: your email address, used only to send announcements of open calls.
When you apply to a project: the details asked for in the application. We share these with the hosting organisation and, where required, with the Erasmus+ national agency.
Automatically when you visit: if analytics or advertising tools are enabled, they collect data about your visit. Details are in the cookie policy.
Legal basis
We process data on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time, or to fulfil our obligations to you when you are a project participant.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages are kept for two years. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Project documentation is kept for as long as Erasmus+ programme rules require.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, to have it corrected or deleted, and to withdraw consent. Write to marketing@oev.rs and we will respond within the legal deadline.
If you believe we have broken the rules, you may contact the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia.
Who we share it with
We do not sell data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing. We share data with partner organisations and national agencies only where necessary to run a project.
